OVERVIEW

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and storefront (the “Store”), including all related information, content, features, tools, and products offered through the Store. The Store is operated by FutureFeline™ and is powered by Shopify, which enables us to operate the Store and provide shopping functionality.

Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability. By visiting, browsing, or interacting with the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Store.

SECTION 1 — ACCESS & ACCOUNT

By using the Store, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you allow minors to use the Store through devices you own or manage, you assume responsibility for their actions. To access certain features or complete purchases, you may need to provide accurate and complete personal information. You agree to keep all information current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

SECTION 2 — OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display product details and images as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary depending on your device screen. We do not guarantee any product will meet your expectations or match images precisely. Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders may be accepted or declined at our discretion. No order is accepted until payment has been processed and confirmed. Please review your order details before submission. Once an order begins processing, we may not be able to cancel or modify it. Order changes and returns follow our standard Return Policy.

SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING

Prices and promotions may change at any time. The price charged at checkout is final. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping costs, customs duties, or import fees. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize charges to your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping times are estimates only. We work with third-party suppliers and global fulfillment partners, so delivery times may vary depending on destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, global suppliers, or events outside our reasonable control. Once the package is transferred to the logistics carrier, risk of loss passes to you.

SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Store is owned by the Store operator, Shopify, or third-party licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. All trademarks appearing on the Store belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS

The Store may offer access to third-party tools. These are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We assume no responsibility for third-party tools and disclaim all liability related to their use.

SECTION 8 — THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Store may contain links to third-party websites. We do not endorse or guarantee the content or security on those websites. You access them at your own risk. Review their policies before engaging in any transactions.

SECTION 9 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Store is hosted and powered by Shopify. Purchases you make are made directly with the Store operator, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for product quality, fulfillment, damages, or your financial transactions. You release Shopify and its affiliates from claims related to your purchases.

SECTION 10 — PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information collected through the Store is subject to our Privacy Policy. Shopify may also process your data as part of platform operations. Refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

SECTION 11 — FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and distribute that content for any purpose. You represent that you own the rights to submit such Feedback. We reserve the right to remove Feedback we deem inappropriate.

SECTION 12 — ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, including pricing or product information, at any time without notice — even after an order has been submitted and placed.

SECTION 13 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Store for unlawful purposes, to violate laws, to infringe on intellectual property, to harass or harm others, to interfere with Store operations, to upload malware, to scrape or collect data, or to bypass security measures. We may suspend or terminate usage immediately for violations.

SECTION 14 — TERMINATION

We may terminate your access to the Store at any time without notice. You remain responsible for charges incurred before termination. Sections that should naturally survive termination continue to apply.

SECTION 15 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Store and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” for your use. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of information, or error-free operation. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

SECTION 16 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FutureFeline™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, data loss, shipping delays, or reliance on Store content. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is discontinuing use of the Store.

SECTION 17 — INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Store operator, Shopify, and affiliates from claims, demands, or legal fees arising from your use of the Store or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 18 — SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 — WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of rights. These Terms constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and the Store operator.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Store operator is headquartered.

SECTION 22 — HEADINGS

Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

SECTION 23 — CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately when posted. Continued use of the Store indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

SECTION 25 — SMS/MMS MOBILE MESSAGE MARKETING PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

We offer a mobile messaging program (the “Program”). By opting in or participating, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions and the related Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). This Agreement applies only to the Program and does not modify other general Terms of Service.

  • Program Enrollment & Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing SMS/MMS messages using an autodialer (where applicable). Consent is not a condition of purchase. These Terms apply regardless of the opt-in method used.

  • Opting Out: To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You may receive one confirmation message after opting out. Only the above method is considered valid for opting out.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. Additional messages may be sent based on your interaction with the Store.

  • Participation Requirements: To participate, you must own a wireless device capable of two-way messaging, be subscribed to a text messaging plan, and use a participating carrier. Message and data rates may apply.

  • Your Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information, not use false or misleading names, and not enroll for fraudulent purposes. We may remove you or take action if you provide inaccurate information or misuse the Program.

  • Privacy: Information collected via the Program is used solely to deliver messages, respond as necessary, and support technical message transmission. We do NOT sell, rent, loan, trade, or transfer phone numbers or message data for profit to third parties.

  • Rights Under Applicable Law: Certain laws may permit residents to request information about disclosures of personal data for marketing purposes. Requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page.
