FutureFeline™ Satisfaction & Return Policy

At FutureFeline™, we stand behind the quality of our premium pet products and innovative solutions. We want you and your cat to love your shopping experience with us. If things don’t go as planned, our hassle-free policy ensures you are fully covered.

1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee (Returns)

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, un-assembled, and in the same premium condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) is required.

Note: For hygienic and safety reasons regarding pet health and sanitation, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used or contaminated with pet dander/saliva unless the product is fundamentally defective.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Instant Free Replacement)

If any FutureFeline™ product arrives defective, damaged during transit, or doesn't work as advertised, we will make it right immediately.

  • Reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of delivery.

  • Provide a quick photo or video clearly showing the defect or issue.

  • Our Promise: We will ship you a brand-new replacement item completely free of charge, or issue a full refund to your original payment method. No need to go through the hassle of shipping the defective item back to us!

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees to our designated warehouse address.

  • Once your return is received, inspected, and approved by our team, your full refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment card within 5-7 business days.

4. Order Cancellations & Changes

We know your furry companion is waiting, so our system processes orders rapidly!

  • You can cancel or edit your shipping details within 4 hours of purchase.

  • After 4 hours, your order moves directly to our fulfillment center and supply chain partners for tracking generation. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, but you are welcome to return it once it arrives following our standard return guidelines above.
