FutureFeline™ Shipping Policy

At FutureFeline™, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible through our global fulfillment network.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

  • Please note: During high-volume seasons or promotional events, processing and tracking activation times may experience slight delays.

2. Shipping Time

After processing, standard delivery straight to your doorstep typically takes:

  • 7–12 business days (United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe).

  • Shipping times may vary slightly based on your exact location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance procedures for international orders.

3. Tracking Your Order

When your package leaves our fulfillment center, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS (depending on your selected notification preferences). You can track your order at any time using the direct link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Incorrect Address or Order Changes

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please contact us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been moved to production and processed by our logistics partners, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been successfully confirmed by the carrier to the shipping address provided at checkout. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Us page and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will be happy to assist you with a free replacement.
